Who we are

Hi! I'm Jen, the founder of Wildling Things Co. I created this company to share my love for all things nature and STEAM-based education. I strive to share sustainable items, nature-based educational downloads, and anything else I think you might enjoy!

I grew up outside. I'm born from the generation where our parents told us to go outside and not come back until the streetlights came on. The forests of Michigan and the creek near my childhood home made me who I am, and I hope to share my passion for nature with you.

I hold a Masters Degree in Ecology and I'm a college instructor of Ecology and Environmental Science. In my spare time I enjoy nature walks with my husband and daughter, painting, embroidery, crochet, and cuddling with our cats, Mac and Pete.
